1. Where are you located?

We are a small but growing pet sitting business in the greater Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, and Fuquay-Varina area.

 

2. What pets do you care for?

We care for dogs, cats, and a variety of small animals.

 

3. Will I get to meet my pet sitter before making a final decision?

Absolutely!  All of our services include a complimentary in-home play date where you can meet your sitter face to face.  For services taking place in your home, the sitter will come by at a mutually convenient time to meet you and your pet.

 

4. How much advanced notice must I give before making my reservation?

We strive to be as flexible as possible.  We know emergencies and last-minute trips are a part of life.  However, the more notice you provide, the better we would be able to fit you into our pet sitting schedule.  Plus, we do not charge any additional fees for last minute reservations.

 

5. Do you offer basic house visits?

Yes.  If you are out of town and just want your mail brought in, lights turned on and off, blinds rotated, trash taken to the curb, etc, we offer that service also.

 

6. How do I pay for service?

We accept major credit card payment through our secure portal on our webpage, personal check, or cash at least 4 days prior to service.   Call us for payment requirements on last minute reservation requests.
